Reenrollment, New Siblings and Financial Aid Information

NEW for 2026-27!

Student Fees are now included in Tuition: The student fee for lower, middle, and upper school is now included in the annual tuition. Also, for middle and upper school, one PE Uniform is now included.

Financial Aid Consideration Update: Previously, financial aid was only applied to the student's tuition. Now that the student fee has been rolled into tuition, financial aid will now be considered based on the total amount.

New Payment Schedules: The monthly payment schedule will now begin in June (instead of July) and span over 12 months; making the payments a bit more manageable for the vast majority of our families. The 1 pay option will be due in June and the 2 pay option will be due in June and November.

New Enrollment/Reenrollment Process: The process to enroll/reenroll just got a lot easier! We are implementing FACTS Enrollment for the 2026-27 school year. The majority of our families will be able to complete all required steps electronically. Stay tuned for more information.

Reenrollment Information

Reenrollment Deadline

The Priority Deadline for Reenrollment is Monday, March 2, 2026. To be eligible to receive the $250 Enrollment Fee Discount, ALL reenrollment steps must be complete by 3/2/26.

Reenrollment completed after 3/2/26 and on or before 5/1/26 will receive the $100 Enrollment Fee Discount. Beyond 5/1/26, the standard Enrollment Fee will be due (please reference the finance sheets for more details).

Age Requirement
All incoming students must be 5 years old by September 1st to enroll in Kindergarten.

Our Commitment
We are committed to supporting each child's growth and development. We will work closely with families to ensure every student is placed in the environment where they are most likely to succeed.

JK to K Reenrollment Process

Preliminary Fall Assessment - October

a. Your child will be tested in Spanish (for those currently in Spanish Immersion).
b. Assessment will be based on understanding of letter names, sounds, and numbers.
c. Parents will receive the results along with specific skills to reinforce at home. Tip: Reading with your child regularly helps build these foundational skills. Resources: Unite for Literacy, Sonidos Iniciales.
d. Social/Emotional Skills and Behavior will be assessed throughout the year.

Mid-Year (MOY) Evaluation - January

If MOY Academic, Social/Emotional, and Behavior goals are met:

a. Your child will be offered unrestricted reenrollment for Kindergarten.
b. This assumes steady progress continues throughout the school year.

If MOY Academic, Social/Emotional, and Behavior goals are NOT met:

a. Your child will be offered conditional reenrollment.
b. Progress will be closely monitored in the Spring semester.
c. A Kindergarten spot will be held until April 30.
d. A Jr. Kindergarten spot will also be reserved in case your child needs another year.

End-of-Year (EOY) Evaluation - April

If EOY Academic, Social/Emotional, and Behavior goals are met by the end of April:

a. Your child will be officially reenrolled in Kindergarten.

If EOY Academic, Social/Emotional, and Behavior goals are NOT met by the end of April:

a. The Kindergarten spot will be released.
b. You may choose to have your child repeat Jr. Kindergarten, or keep your child in the general applicant pool for Kindergarten.

Reassessment options are available in May, June, or July.

When will I know my financial aid award?

If you submitted a Financial Aid Application by the priority deadline and subsequently uploaded all required tax documents no later than February 2, the Aid response will be sent via email on or around February 23. Be sure to follow the directions contained in the email to ACCEPT the award. All families are required to sign the original financial contract when completing reenrollment.

New Sibling Applications

New Sibling Admissions Application (opens in new window/tab)

For new siblings of families with at least one currently enrolled student in RCS/ACA (use your FACTS Portal credentials to access the application)
Application Fee $50

*The New Sibling Application Fee will be credited to the family account if the admissions application is submitted by the new sibling application priority deadline and the new sibling's enrollment is finalized. Sibling applications received after the priority deadline will be considered in the same wait pool as new student applications and will not receive a credit.

New Sibling Application Deadlines

The New Sibling Application Priority Deadline for ALL grades is December 15, 2025. The New Sibling Application Fee will be credited to the family account if the admissions application is submitted no later than 12/15/25 and the new sibling's enrollment is finalized. Sibling applications received after December 15, 2025 will be considered in the same wait pool as new student applications and will not receive a credit.

New siblings may not appear on the family's reenrollment contract. An updated contract will be issued after the new sibling has successfully completed the admissions process and has been offered enrollment.
