What is a charitable remainder trust?

A charitable remainder trust allows you to support Redlands Christian Schools while providing income in retirement.

You transfer cash, securities, or other assets to the school who places the assets (or comparable cash value) in a trust. The trustee invests the assets, providing monthly or annual disbursements to you for the remainder of your life. When the trust terminates, the remaining amount is given to the school.
