Payroll/HR Specialist

  • P/T 20-25 hours per week
  • Processes hiring paperwork for all school employees
  • Manages HR information system
  • Manages HR duties as needed throughout the year
  • Coordinates and inputs payroll data
  • Two years related experience and/or training
  • Successful candidate will possess positive energy, and a strong ability to get things done
  • Benefits will include retirement contribution and sick time
  • Year around position, including summers and school breaks
  • $20/hour
  • To begin on or around June 1, 2019

Upper School History Teacher - 2019/20 School Year

  • Full-time; Grades 10 - 12
  • American History and Geography courses
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university (minimum)
  • Valid teaching credential (or in the process of attaining one)
  • Teaching Experience preferred
  • Personal résumé
  • Letters of recommendation
  • Person in this role has historically coached Mock Trial team for added stipend

Upper School Calculus/Pre-Calculus Teacher - 2019/2020 School Year

  • Full Time
  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters’ degree preferred
  • Valid teaching credential
  • Teaching Experience preferred
  • Preferred candidate will have masters’ in Mathematics in order to qualify as a dual credit instructor

Upper School Yearbook/Journalism Teacher - 2019/2020 School Year

  • Part-time at Arrowhead Christian Academy/WINGS
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum)

Upper School International Program Student Activities Coordinator

  • PT/20 hours per week/hourly wage
  • College Graduate Preferred
  • Collaborates with parents & teachers within the International Program to support students and their individual needs both spiritual, emotional and academic
  • Encourages individual and corporate prayer through meeting and praying with personnel, students, and families
  • Plans and oversees implementation of co-curricular events for international students

Upper School Student Activities Coordinator

  • PT to FT/30-35 hours per week/hourly wage
  • College Graduate Preferred
  • Collaborates with parents & teachers to support students and their individual needs both spiritual, emotional and academic
  • Encourages individual and corporate prayer through meeting and praying with personnel, students, and families
  • Plans and oversees implementation of co-curricular events for ASB and spiritual life

Middle School Social Studies Teacher - 2019/20 school year

  • Full-time
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
  • Valid teaching credential (or in the process of attaining one)
  • Teaching Experience preferred
  • Spanish speaking preferred

Middle School Special Education Paraprofessional - 2019/20 school year

  • 10 month, part time position
  • The Paraprofessional Instructional Aide assists the Special Education Teacher in the effective execution of the curriculum in any and all areas necessary for learning, including working with students with special needs one-on-one and in small groups.
  • The Paraprofessional may also facilitate mainstreaming opportunities in general education classes.
  • Other duties may include but are not limited to chaperoning field trips, setting up supplies, making copies, and assisting with projects.
  • AA preferred

Upper Elementary Spanish Immersion Teacher - 2019/20 School Year

  • bilingual: advanced-high to superior level, if non-native speaker
  • preference given to those with a teaching credential

LOWER SCHOOL SPANISH IMMERSION GRADES K-5

  • Part time
  • Bilingual aide of advanced to superior level Spanish
  • AA degree preferred
  • Assist in the instruction of students in our Spanish Immersion Program

SPANISH IMMERSION TEACHER'S AID FOR PRESCHOOL

Primary Grade Spanish Immersion Teacher - 2019/20 School Year

  • bilingual: advanced-high to superior level, if non-native speaker

Preschool Substitute Teacher

  • Experience preferred
  • A minimum of 12 early childhood education units

Spanish Immersion Substitute Teacher for Preschool - 4th grade

  • bilingual: advanced-high to superior level, if non-native speaker
  • preference given to those with a teaching credential
  • early childhood course requirements for preschool
  • bachelor’s degree required for elementary
  • letters of recommendation

Salary range for full time teachers with valid credential dependent upon education and experience.
