Learn More About Volunteering

Redlands Christian Schools welcomes the opportunity to partner with our families by offering multiple ways to get involved in the community. All volunteers are required to complete the Volunteer Clearance Application below. There is no cost to parents/family members for this process. The clearance is good for one (1) school year and a new application must be submitted for each subsequent school year.  Upon clearance, the recipient will be sent an email.

A separate application (below) is required for those who wish to drive for school events.  This clearance is also good for one (1) school year; a new application must be submitted for each subsequent school year.  Upon clearance, drivers will be sent an email and will be required to provide a copy of a valid driver's license as well as proof of insurance. 

All volunteers are required to check in at the campus front office.

Definition of Clearances:

Visitor Check-In/Clearance – while there is no application required, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that ALL visitors pre-register via the link below (especially when there are many visitors coming to campus, i.e., Back to School Events, Chapels, etc.). ALL visitors will need to check in with identification at the front office. For big events, a printed badge will be readily available for pre-registered visitors thereby speeding up the check-in process.

Volunteer Clearance – Visitor Aware application required. Applicant will receive an email once clearance has been approved.  All volunteers must have an approved volunteer clearance to work in a classroom, on campus, or drive students to school events. An application must be submitted each year.

Driving Clearance – Protect My Ministry application required.  Applicant will receive an email once clearance has been approved.  Applicant is required to provide a copy of current insurance and driver’s license to the front office. An application must be submitted each year.
