Lower/Middle School Extended Care
Extended care is offered before school as early as 6:30am and after school until 6pm for students in Kindergarten - 8th grade.
Drop-in Extended Care - For those needing this service intermittently, families will be billed at the drop-in extended care rate of $10.50/hour (prorated in 30-minute increments).

Discounted Extended Care Plan
This plan covers unlimited extended care on all school days as well as the day of the RCS Golf Tournament (September 14). Additional charges will apply for late fees as well as extended care offered on non-school days for professional development and/or holidays. $2,150/year per student
Discounted Extended Care Plan+
This plan covers unlimited extended care on all school days as well as on all non-school days when extended care is available. The non-school days include: September 14; October 12; November 20, 23, 24, 25; December 18, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30; January 4, 5; March 22, 23, 24, 25, 30. Additional charges will apply for late fees. $2,870/year per student
If your student averages more than 1.25 hours a day in Extended Care, these plans will save you money. An average usage of 1.5 hours a day, saves approximately $600 per year.
The discounted extended care plans for 2026-27 will be available for purchase between May 1 and August 11, 2026 with monthly payment options available. Due to the nature of the discounted program, the sign-up deadline of August 11 will be final and refunds will not be offered for enrolled students. In the case of a mid-year withdrawal, refunds will be determined by calculating the student’s actual extended care usage multiplied by the drop-in rate.
