JoMO - Joy Of Missing Out

No post to display.

JOMO is the Joy Of Missing Out on life-taking things like social comparison, mindless scrolling, and digitally driven distraction to make space for what matters most. The Joy of Missing Out is not about rejecting technology. It’s about choosing how we engage with it—and why. JOMO(campus) is a digital wellness program built on the belief that joy is found not in constant connection, but in intentional disconnection from what drains us, and in reconnecting with what matters most. It’s about missing out on the right things—to make space for what truly matters: real relationships, deep focus, and a sense of purpose.

Through staff formation, family partnership, and student engagement, JOMO(campus) empowers school communities to deepen learning and engage with technology in healthy ways that allow joy, connection, focus, and flourishing in classrooms, hallways, and homes.
