Financial Aid

It is our desire to make a RCS education attainable through need-based financial aid as well as a comprehensive SCRIP Program. Approximately 45% of our students in grades Kindergarten Full Day through 12 receive some form of tuition assistance.

New Families who apply for financial aid should know that the admissions process works in conjunction with financial aid determinations. Therefore, financial aid awards are only made once the admissions process has been completed.

Step #1

Review the Financial Aid FAQs to be informed about how aid is determined, the maximum aid award, the notification process and much more.

Step #2

New Families: Submit New Student Admissions Application along with Application Fee.

Current Families: Skip to Step #2.

Step #3

Complete the online financial aid application process with FACTS by clicking on the link below. Keep in mind that your aid application is not considered complete until FACTS has received your required tax documents. For the 2019-20 school year, the required tax documents include 2017 Tax Return along with 2018 W-2s (once they become available).
